Reiki is a Japanese form of stress reduction and relaxation that practitioners say promotes healing. The idea is that energy flows from the practitioner’s hands into the client. It’s that energy that creates the relaxation and healing effect.

 

What & Why Therapy ?

Therapy can be a wonderful tool to help people live happy, fulfilling lives. Therapy addresses a wide range of mental, emotional & physical issues. 

People tend to come into therapy when they are experiencing some difficulty coping or resolving an issue on their own. 

Beginning therapy can be a big step toward being the healthiest version of yourself and living the best life possible—no matter what challenges you may be facing.

 

Though no one can tell you exactly what your therapy process will be like unless you interact freely with your therapist in the first consultation session. So in a therapy you will be in touch with your therapist, work towards the goal of therapy through session that involves sharing and resolving various issues which could involve feelings, trauma experiences, relationship issues and challenges, general or specific behaviour towards various things, psychosomatic or physical aches & pains, specific disease, daily stress, unhealthy or negative thoughts, unable to manage self, depression, sleeplessness etc. the list will be endless

In a nutshell Therapy is about self betterment and self improvement. Being in charge of your own self and having the right resources for a happy and content life. 

 

Therapy is - Discovering the source of issues, Balancing it with various modalities and Empowering your life by working with a specialist who holds the space for you to heal yourself. It's being in a safe & and non judgemental space with the unconditional support of a therapist in the journey of Self Healing & Self Empowerment!!

An individual who takes the first step to resolve and heal need not know or understand everything about the modality. The modality that resonates is the best. Everyone will have their own comfort and resonance so, same issues can be healed through various modalities.

So the first consultation is like an exploration and finding facts session for both therapist and the client. Based on few learnings on challenges faced, belief system, life experiences and what the client wants to heal the most appropriate therapy methods will be chosen. This process involves sharing of suggestions and understanding from the therapist and it can be either a single modality or a mix of modalities. So the same issues can be resolved with different modalities that suit the clients. So this way its client centric therapy and a balanced wellness plan unfolds.

 

Details

Pricing

The first session is always a consultation that usually is for about 1-1.5 hours and the charge is $100 SGD.
The fee for the session is $222 SGD per session or $600 for 3 sessions.
Each session is 1-1.5 hours minimum and a maximum of 2.5 hours.

Therapy Venue

The therapy sessions can be both in-person or online. All in-person sessions are done at Inner Light Wellness @ Geylang Road
