Reiki is a Japanese form of stress reduction and relaxation that practitioners say promotes healing. The idea is that energy flows from the practitioner’s hands into the client. It’s that energy that creates the relaxation and healing effect.

In Person Session

Reiki is a universal life force energy and an extremely powerful healing technique. Reiki practitioners act as a conduit for this energy to flow into their client. The healing can be physical, Mental, emotional and spiritual or a combination of all four. The body will take over the healing process using the Reiki that was channeled through the practitioner. Whatever form of healing takes, it is always meant for the client’s highest good. All that is needed is the client’s sincere desire and openness to allow a cleansing within their emotional and spiritual consciousness. This is the key for total healing. After receiving the treatment clients usually feel calm, peaceful, balanced and rejuvenated. After receiving the treatment the client may experience a small amount of detox which leaves them with balance at all levels. It is recommended to go for a minimum of 3 sessions (weekly once) to experience complete healing and smooth support in case of any detox.

Getting ready for a personal healing session needs the client to dress in comfortable clothing, minimal or no jewelry and the willingness to receive and heal using Reiki. Keeping oneself more hydrated is highly recommended after the healing session.

People who have received a Reiki personal healing session can later on choose to receive a distance Reiki healing.

Reiki Personal Healing Session Bookings :

Each session is 60 mins. however request to keep aside 30mins more so we have enough time for debriefing and discussion.
Payment should be made once the appointment is confirmed. Payment can be through Bank transfer/PayPal/Paynow.
Additional cost of transport will be charged in case of home visits or hospital visits or centers other than Inner Light Wellness.
Charges personnel healing session is $200 for 60mins and for a package of 3 sessions it is $560.

Distance Session

Distance Reiki healing is usually recommended to a client who is not physically present in the same room. It is very helpful especially when the client/patient is unable to come to the center to receive their session. It is very effective and very convenient for parents who wish Reiki healing for their kids, as many times its challenging for kids to be still for one full hour. Many clients opt for this kind of treatment because of circumstance or when they are physically unable to meet with the practitioner for their session. Distance healing on a regular basis is recommended for a complete balance at all levels.

Distance Reiki Healing Bookings:

Distance healing is usually for 15mins or 30 mins. Please keep aside 5-10 mins extra so all is ready and comfortable to receive the Reiki healing. We can always work on comfortable timings for overseas clients.
Your photograph can be sent through email or WhatsApp on the same day of the healing session.
Once the booking is done payment can be through Bank transfer/PayLah/Paynow.
Charges for Distance Reiki Healing is $45 for 15mins and $85 for 30mins 7 $190 for 60 mins healing

Sound Healing

Sound healing with Tibetan singing bowls is an ancient form of regeneration. The sound of Tibetan singing bowls harmonizes and allows deep relaxation of both sides of the brain. It stimulates stress relief on physical, mental, emotional & spiritual levels and releases toxins from all levels of our being. Tibetan singing bowls are one of the strongest musical instruments for healing with sound therapy and vibrations. They are called singing bowls because their exotic sound continues to float for a long time after we have played on them.
Sound is the language of the universe. Everything in the universe is a perception of waves. Sound healing has a basis in both neurology and psychology.
Scientific analyses of electromagnetic brain waves have confirmed the existence of clearly recognisable waves, which are connected to different states of consciousness.

It is known that the brain in its normal state, i.e. in everyday conscience, produces beta waves. Alpha waves are present in the states of meditation and calm consciousness. When the waves produced by singing bowls were recorded, scientists discovered wave patterns which were the same as the alpha waves produced by our brain. These waves give a feeling of deep relaxation. As the sound waves reach our ears, they are converted into electrical signals that travel up the auditory nerve into the auditory cortex, the part of the brain that processes sound. Once sound waves reach our brains, they trigger responses in our bodies. This process alters our emotions, releases hormones and chemicals that affect both our bodies and our moods, and triggers certain impulses.

Thus the sound waves allow deep relaxation of both sides of the brain. It stimulates stress relief on all levels and the elimination of toxins from the body. After sound therapy emotions are calm and the mind clearer, and the sound vibrations have an effect on the body after the singing bowls have been played on it.

What is Regression Therapy?

Regression means ‘returning to an earlier stage’. Regression therapy assumes that every problem has a cause, a source or origin. Regression is finding, exploring, reliving and clarifying past experiences by returning to the origin. Our core beliefs, behavioral patterns & mental conditioning are formed through our previous experiences across time and space. Regression therapy works on the understanding that everything we are today is a result of our past. Regression Therapy is modality that allows your subconscious mind to go back in time to the cause that is triggering the issue in the present. The belief behind this therapeutic modality is that our mind acts as a subconscious canvas and throughout our lives across time and space captures everything that has a significant impact on our lives and the way we conduct ourselves on a daily basis.

In a regression session the therapist guides you to an earlier time or a previous life, their goal is to help you resolve your problems in the present. They use regression techniques to find and resolve issues that might have settled into our mental and psychological framework. As every problem has an origin and revisiting those memories and healing them will allow you to move on. The origin may be in this current life, in the womb, in a past-life or in another dimension. Access Consciousness Bars

What are access consciousness bars?

The Bars are a series of 32 points on the head, which when gently touched, effortlessly, and easily release old energies stuck in the brain and the body that stops you from feeling joy and ease in your life. Hence allowing for alignment of tremendous and easy change in your life. This modality was originally channeled by Gary Douglas, the founder of Access Consciousness, in 1990 and now spread across 171 countries.

What does an access consciousness bar session do?

The Bars takes all the considerations, thoughts, feelings, emotions, decisions, judgments, and beliefs from any lifetime that are electrically stored in the brain and release them. This release occurs when the bars are touched there by clearing all the known and unknown junk to be released. This helps in reducing the fragmentation of energies.

The lesser the fragmentation the more vitality. And so the energy of the universe becomes available to you and this often results in more peace, ease, joy and glory in life.

So What is Inner Child?

Inner child is a representation of ourselves at multiple points in our childhood, and we can have inner children from various ages. This part of us is very much connected to our natural enthusiasm, curiosity, and creativity we experienced as actual children. When you get in touch with your inner child, you can connect with their qualities and experiences at the time when you readily absorbed what your environments and caretakers taught you and how they treat you. Inner child wounds, or attachment wounds, can occur when there is either a traumatic event or chronic rupture without repair. A trauma or rupture can be from a simple situation of negligence/uncared (example: not being held by mother while crying) to a major traumatic event. Post incident/feeling how it was internalized determines the deep rooting of the wound.

So as an adult you have a chance to heal your wounded inner children and create the safe, secure inner and outer environments your younger selves always wanted. Take the step to focus and provide the unmet needs of childhood, and how fulfilling those needs can lead to a complete, more confident and self actualized individual.

What is Inner Child Integration Therapy?

Many feelings, perceptions and beliefs you have learnt or accepted as a child are now unconsciously running your life.

Inner Child Integration work is about recovering ourselves and our authenticity, finding our true self or in different words becoming ourselves, finding our inner harmony and balance. We have eliminated our reactions and actions from old programs, belief systems and coping structures so we are no longer at war with ourselves. Healing our Inner Child creates wholeness and awareness and with this healing we can make conscious choices.

Metaphorically - the “little you” is the inner child.

When we have not yet processed and not yet integrated emotions from childhood, the inner child takes the lead and runs the show causing limitations in our adult life. It prevents us from reacting as a mature and healthy adult, that can step back and, only then, act by choice.

How does it work?

This is an experiential work. It includes many modalities such as Regression Therapy, Gestalt therapy, Client Centered Therapy and Psychosynthesis. This work involves using each tool to adapt it to the specific needs of each client so as to achieve optimum results. During Inner Child Integration Therapy you get in touch with repressed feelings and you allow them to be discharged. Often this discharge can be very intense, yet necessary. It helps clients release the toxic shame that has stifled their emotional development and kept them from becoming the person they intend to be.

Who is it for?

It is applicable to anyone, adult or young adult, who has had childhood wounds. From physical, emotional abuse, to sexual abuse, neglect, loss of attachment figure, death or addictions… However, many a times, we do not realize the wounds we get from our childhood as we believe we have got over it or don't remember at all. How does an Inner Child Therapy Session planned?

The first session is about 30mins either online or in person and its all about knowing the client, presenting problem and the objective or goal of the client for the session. Setting the right exceptions both sides.

Then comes the first session where we deeper into life experiences. This session will be the foundation of our work together. This session is the best session to establish the trust and the first opportunity to connect with your inner child.

The following session are something that planned together. We explore the past programs, bring them to the conscious and then be ready to free yourself. You will start to feel the impact on your day to day life.
