Reiki Level 1

Reiki level 1 workshop opens the door for a simple, easy and pure way of self-healing and self-empowerment. This is the foundation course for activating Reiki flow in your hands. Inner Light Wellness teaches and follows the traditional Usui Reiki method which requires no belief, religious bias or spiritual background. This workshop is ideal for those who are looking to increase their vitality, live a stress free and balanced energetic life. This is an experiential workshop with Reiki healing hands on sessions for yourself and others.

Reiki Level 1 Workshop is the beginning of your self empowerment journey as you  will learn the techniques to cleanse, balance and harmonize your energies at physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. This helps one’s self awareness which leads to a happy and balanced life!!

Reiki Level 2

Reiki level 2 is for those who wish to expand their knowledge and application of Reiki. It enables you to connect to a greater volume of Reiki energy. In Level 2 you will learn different symbols to use with Reiki for experiencing a quantum leap in Reiki healing. The attunement received in Level 2 activates your connection to the healing symbols and allows you to channel energy through time and space. This allows you to perform remote Reiki sessions through intention, so the recipient does not need to be present for the treatment. Reiki Level 2 enables you to treat both yourself and others with Reiki using the three symbols taught at this level.

The three symbols in Reiki level 2 are:

  • The Empowerment symbol – empowers Reiki channelized through your palms and also empowers other energy fields.

  • The Harmony symbol – This symbol is used to bring harmony to other energy fields, cleanse negativity of a space example : harmonising homes, other people, incidents, for improved energy vibrations.  The symbol is also used to increase communicative powers, and intuition.

  • The Sending symbol – this symbol allows Reiki to be sent to different energy fields across time and place and other energy incidents, internal blocks or emotional energy systems etc.  This is a very powerful source of personal growth as the practitioner can directly tune into issues and fix them on the causal plane.

 

Reiki level 2 is an excellent foundation if you want to set up your own Reiki practice or start your own Reiki business.

It is important to have good daily Reiki self practice before taking up level 2 and the recommended time gap between level 1 and 2 is a minimum of 3 months.

Prerequisite: Reiki level 1 from the same lineage.

Reiki Level 3

Usui Reiki level 3 opens the doorway for a deeper level of healing, transformation and powerful personal growth. We often describe Reiki level 3 as “the mother of all workshops”!!

This workshop is designed to help those who do not wish to teach Reiki  and also for those who wish to take up Reiki Master Teacher course later. This workshop helps you to take Reiki to its final level as you will learn how to do an attunement, and to receive the Master’s symbol.

The Master’s symbol is also known as the symbol for transformation and is a very powerful tool for personal growth.  Most people experience huge shifts of consciousness after the class.  It allows you to truly step into the mysteries of Reiki. Essentially it is about letting go, trusting, and most importantly, self-belief.

As well as preparing you for the rest of the Master training, this module works on raising your energy vibration, understanding your own power through developing your intuition, as well as becoming familiar with the attunement process and how to best utilize the Master’s symbol. Upon completion, students will be given a Reiki Level 3 certificate which signifies their ability to give a Heart attunement.

Workshop covers:

  • Master’s symbol and uses

  • Heart attunement

  • Minor chakra attunement

  • Using the Master’s symbol in sending and healing

  • Professional Healing and moving into Master energy

Time Commitment: 18 hours (3 days) spread across Friday and the weekend.

Prerequisite: You must have done Reiki level 2 with a Reiki Centre trained Reiki Master.

​

  • You must have completed Level 2 at least six months previously.

  • You must have completed the homework.

​

Please note Reiki Level 3 is about transformation – it can be extremely challenging for those who have not mastered the Reiki Level 2 techniques.  The homework is specifically designed to help you get ready, please do not underestimate the energy shift at this level.

Teenager Reiki Workshops​

​

Reiki is the most beautiful gift that a parent can give to their Teen kids. It is a self healing and self responsibility towards living that is balanced at physical, mental, emotional levels along with mindful living 

Kids discover and tap upon their potential to lead a focused, calm and healthy life. This simple hands on healing is easy to practice anytime any where that essentially balances any imbalance in the whole energy of the body and mind.

Children guide us new ways of being. As parents, Our task is to be willing to see what they are trying to teach us, and help them get started on their path to health, healing and balance. Reiki workshop is one of the best ways they can begin this process.

The Reiki Teen workshop will help your child to understand the importance of balanced living and  learn and get initiated to a new tool that opens door for self care, being centered, self awareness and being peaceful with self and others. Most common benefits of Reiki in teens are:

  • Reiki brings in stress reduction and induces relaxation there by increased quality of sleep.

The teen Reiki workshop has the same initiation process as adult Reiki level 1 however the workshop activities are designed to bring in lot of fun in learning. The prerequisite is that the teenagers want it themselves.

Kids Reiki Workshop

​

Children guide us to a new way of being. Our task is to be willing to see what they are trying to teach us, and help them get started on their path to health, healing and balance. Kids Reiki workshop is one of the best ways they can begin this process. It provides your child with all of the wonderful benefits of Reiki for life.

Kids Reiki Class at Inner Light Wellness is especially designed for children 6 to 12 years of age. Kids can use Reiki to be confident, peaceful and happier in life. Reiki can ease their stressful situation and help to trust their abilities and intuition.

In kids Reiki workshop children go through the same attunement process as adult Reiki level 1 however the workshop activities are designed to bring in lot of fun in learning. One of the parents should be Reiki level 1 certified and are encouraged be the workshop with their kid/kids. Discussion on supporting your child’s Reiki practice at home will be part of this workshop.

After this workshop your child will be able to Reiki themselves, others, pets and plants.

About Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese form of stress reduction and relaxation that practitioners say promotes healing. The idea is that energy flows from the practitioner’s hands into the client. It’s that energy that creates the relaxation and healing effect.

Reiki Master Teachers Training ​

​

Reiki Master Teachers Training is a 6 months course that deepens the knowledge of Reiki, huge personal growth and transforming into a Reiki teacher. The journey of the caterpillar again begins as a Reiki Master Teacher !!

The focus of this training is to facilitate & mentor the growth of a Reiki Master. This covers 

  • Personal Deepening connection with Reiki and exploring the philosophy of Reiki and how has been the Reiki healing journey for the trainee. This helps in coming up with their own point of view about Reiki that will help their growth as a teacher.

  • Reiki level 1,2 & 3 teaching knowledge comes from discussion on conducting each level, understanding and writing own manuals, teaching structure & teaching material, learning the attunments for all the levels & practising of the same.

  • Presentation skills will sharpen with homeworks like recordings of a few topics related to case studies and teaching & conducting a Reiki intro talk. This builds up the confidence to teach and to hold the space for others to heal and learn.

  • Goal setting, planning & marketing Reiki classes & services is a big part of starting the journey of a Reiki Master teacher. This is covered by mentoring the necessary marketing skills and realistic and achievable goals. 

 

The 6 months of course will consist of 6 days of in person workshop. There will be full day workshops at the beginning(2 full days), middle(2 days) and in the end(2 full days) of 6 months. There will be homework based on self study material that are designed to develop the teaching skills, further deepen knowledge of Reiki & practical self healing and transforming techniques through Reiki. Completion of the training allows teachers to teach all levels of Reiki. Reiki Master Teacher certificate is issued after the completion of the training. 
There are three weekend gatherings you need to attend to learn the attunements and discuss the assignments. The gatherings are also important transmissions of Reiki energy as well as helping you to bond as a peer group of Teachers.

 

  1. The Beginning Workshop: We gather at the beginning to learn the Level 1 and 2 attunements, discuss level 1 topics from teacher point of view as well as to align our energies for the Master process. This weekend also allows us to discuss in more detail the homework and assignments as well as answer any teaching questions.

  2. Self-study: In between our two gatherings there are assignments to be done over 5 months of self-study and discovery. This is a very intense period of personal growth and stepping into your power as a Reiki Master. This part also includes the mid way meeting of 2 full days. This includes discussion of level 2 class from a teachers point of view.

  3. The Ceremony Workshop: This is the closing ceremony. The Master’s attunement is taught and the Master Ceremony is carried out signifying your completion to Reiki Master Teacher. You need to have completed all the homework and assignments to attend.

Self-study Assignments 
During this entire process it is important that you continue your self-treatments 91 hour self healing and 35mins chakra treatment) and practicing your attunements as a regular process on top of the assignments outlined below.
You are also encouraged to meet with your fellow Reiki teacher trainees in between the Beginning and Ceremony workshops to exchange attunements and support one another during your journey. 

 

  • Reiki 1 Workshop Assignments: 

    • A 30 minute recorded introduction to Reiki 

    • Read the Reiki 1 Home-study manual 

    • Design your Reiki 1 manual

    • Journal 21 days of One Hour self-treatment. 

  • Reiki 2 workshop Assignments: 

    • Read the Reiki 2 Home-study manual 

    • Complete a 30min Audio on Uses of CKR and SHK 

    • Complete a 30min Audio on Sending and variations 

    • Document eight sending sessions (can be a mixture of people and issues) 

    • Describe Case studies briefly with your experiences with the symbols – 2 with CKR,

    •  3 with SHK 

    • Journal 21 days sending to one of the Usui 5 principles. 

  • Preparing for Teaching: 

    • Complete written contemplation on the ‘5 Musts’ (no more than 5 pages A4) 

    • Complete ‘Ideal Client’ worksheet 

  • At some point during your training: 

    • Monitored at least one introduction talk with a Reiki Centre Teacher

    • Attend or conduct at least one Reiki share 

​

Note:

Your Certification is on condition of completion of all workshops and assignments/homework. There is no time restraint on this and you can take as long as you wish to complete your studies, however you will need to wait for the following year’s Ceremony workshop if you miss the gathering intended for your year. When you graduate you will receive a Reiki Master Teacher Certificate that entitles you to teach all levels of Reiki including Masters.

Reiki Master training is payable in full at the Beginning Workshop 

Fees for 2021-2022 is $2700 (SGD)
